Achieve Weight Loss with Emotional Freedom Techniques

Why is such a large percentage of the population overweight.
Most practicioners only look at the issue in front of them, that being the weight problem. We were not born fat so why are we fat now. We have an underlying emotion that has caused the problem. When the emotion has been identified we are on our way to controlling the problem and not with a band aid affect, but a long term solution.
If raised in a family with not a lot of money, there maybe thoughts of lack and scarcity. This would be the emotion, I need to eat everything today as there might not be anything tomorrow. Your thought pattern has been with you for a long time and it needs to be cleared to achieve long term weight loss.
Emotional Freedom Techniques will allow you to clear those thought patterns and achieve long term weight loss. You will start to think as a thin person would, and you will start to see yourself as a thin person. EFT will also clear other blockages that you may have carried with you for such a long time.
If your emotion is of lack and scarcity you would probably have difficulty in attracting other things such as wealth and abundance. EFT is a great way to clear all the negative energy relating to these emotions and you can start to create a wonderful life.
Create an amazing life after Breast Cancer

This is a challenge that as females, so many of us have to face.
From the time of being diagnosed until the end of your treatment, your life is put on hold. Chemotherapy as disgusting as it is, is the preferred treatment. I remember my son would continually asking while I was having chemo, how do you feel. I would say I feel like crap. There was no other way to put it.
Six years on and a new life I rarely think about it. Support from all my friends was amazing and I am sure that it was the support that got me through. Also, I knew I had so much more that I wanted to achieve, I was not ready to leave this earth.
Going through breast cancer I believe led me to The Law of Attraction and the life that I have now, and being in vibrational alignment with the universe I know I will never have to suffer anything like that again.
Using Emotional Freedom Techniques will clear the beliefs that we have accumulated over the years and clear the runway for an amazing take off. There is life after cancer and it can be the best time of your life.
We attract everything that we have in our lives, including cancer. I was travelling 6 hours a day by train to and from work, and hating every minute of it. The universe gives us what we ask for, not always in ways we would like, especially when we are not in vibrational alignment.
Where am I at Now. June

Now is the time to reflect on what you achieved with the monthly challenges. Because we are all different and we raise our vibration differently I feel this is a good time to look at what you have achieved.
This is the month for honesty before we embark on the next half of the year, we want to clear the runway for an amazing second half.
If we have not achieved what we would of hoped, why. Remember, we attract what we are vibrating. If you are on track you are definitely in alignment with the universe and keeping doing what you are doing. Life will only gets better.
If you are not attracting what it is you desire, don’t give up. Find some quiet time and ask yourself;
Am I letting some of that old negativity creep back. Can you go through a day without a negative thought.
Am I clear on what I do and don’t want in my life.
Am I being grateful and expressing my gratitude. How long since you have written in your gratitude journal.
Do I still Pay it Forward. “give before your get”

If you have participated in our challenges to date;
You are now ready to Attract Abundance. A positive attitude would be second nature now and I certain people have seen a dramatic change in how you approach life.
In knowing what you don’t want in your life you are much clearer on what you do want and the universe responds to clarity.
You now know how to be grateful for the things that you have and the things you don’t have, but will soon.
You have spent April Paying it Forward, and you ready to Attract Abundance.
We believe in starting small, make a list of the things you would to attract into your life this month. It maybe a pair of gorgeous shoes you have seen, perhaps it is a better paying job or that new sports car.
Daily visualization will assist immensely, just visualize going into the store, trying those shoes on an walking out with the bag in your hand. That perfect job, see yourself going to that office every morning. Go shopping for that great little sports car, shopping for what you want raises the vibration within.

Give Before You Get. April

The great Napoleon Hill who back in the early 1920’s wrote Think and Grow Rich, well before it’s time.
This is one of Hills’ strong beliefs:
“You give before you get”
1. Fix in your mind the amount of money you desire. It is not sufficient merely to say”I want plenty of money.” Be definite as to the amount.
2. Determine exactly what you intend to give in return for the money you desire.
If it is wealth you desire, cause someone else to have it first.
It is the rule of cause, create it for another and it will be yours.
Make a list of the things you would like to manifest into you life, now think of ways you could bring these into another persons life. If you have not seen the movie Pay it Forward I highly recommend you do.
In April we are going to Pay it Forward daily. Become conscious of helping someone every day, it maybe a gesture of buying a homeless person a burger. We are always thinking of things we could do to help others and our intentions are always great, somehow we never seem to take action.
April is the month for action. Share with us what you did today to Pay it Forward and inspire us to do the same.
Being Grateful for what I have. March

Being grateful is one of the quickest ways to manifest the things you desire.
There are many ways to show gratitude, being truly grateful will bring you into vibrational alignment with the universe.
I have a gratitude journal, it is just a normal attractive hard covered book. Choose a cover that when you look at it you feel good.
Each day take some time out and sit somewhere quiet and a place that you enjoy. Just write down all the things that you are grateful for. When writing really feel the gratitude inside, some things maybe very small such as the daily latte.
The next step is, think about the things that you would like to manifest into your life and start to include these into your daily gratitude list. Being truly grateful for something before receiving it vibrates to the universe that you know what is you want.

What I DON’T WANT in my Life. February

Most of us think about the things that we want in our lives, the ideal job, the great car, and that fabulous house.
We tend not to look at the things that we DON’T WANT. That lousy job that we hate going to everyday, that crapy car that breaks down every second day, and the house that needs so much work and is not big enough to accommodate the pets let alone the family.
Knowing what you don’t want actually assists in attracting the things that you do want. It clears the run way.
I have a gratitude journal where I write down daily the things that I am grateful for, and the things that I want to attract into my life. I feel good when I am writing in my journal and experiencing the feeling of gratitude for the things that I have now and the things that I know are coming.
One day I thought, I am listing all these things that I do want how about I start listing the things that I don’t want. It was half through the month so I started small and listed the things that I didn’t want in my life for the rest of the month. I listed two things that month and they did not come into my life that month and have not since.
As a ritual, at the beginning of each month I list in my gratitude journal the things that I do not want in my life for that month and it works a treat.
I now realize I am saying to the universe, “don’t give me this crap because I will not accept it”. The universe gives what we are thinking about, if we are thinking about not having this crap we will not have it.
The challenge is to write down the things that you do not want in your life for the month of February, be realistic and start small.
An example may be that car that is breaking down every second day. Write down, by the end of February I do not want this broken down old car in my life. You may have a bill that you need to pay by the end of the month and at the moment you do not have the money to do that, you would write, ” by the end of February I do not want this bill in my life.
Being clear on what we don’t want can be more powerfull than being clear on what we do want.

Creating a Positive Attitude in January

I think I now say this in my sleep as I have said it so often.
Changing your attitude will be one of the most exhausting things that you have ever done and the most rewarding. This is why I have made it the first challenge for the year, it will probably be the hardest.
I suggest that you select the day that you intend to commence, which I would hope will be at the beginning of January as it will take the month for it to become secound nature. By the end of January you will not need to be as conscious of your thoughts.
In order to successfully develope and maintain a positive outlook you can’t let negativity enter your thoughts throughout the course of the day, which will definitely be challenging in the beginning.
Do not engage in idle gossip, why waste positive energy on speaking negatively.
Try not to associate with people that have a negative attitude. If you must be aware of your thoughts.
Turn every negative into a positive.
Do not speak ill of anyone. This vibrates negative energy to the universe.
Be grateful for the things that you and the things that are not yet yours. Know they are coming.
Use positive positive phrases when speaking. Phrases that have intent and purpose.
Think only positive thoughts.
Engage in positive conversation as often as possible.
Avoid news programs, they are full of negativity.

A Positive Attitude, Tips for everyday.

Be conscious of your thoughts at all time and never allow negativity.
Practise turning every negative situation into a positive one.
Never speak ill of anyone as this attracts negative energy.
Never partake in idle gossip, it is a waste of positive engery.
Never allow your thoughts to wonder, remain positive no matter what.
Other peoples attitudes will bring you down only if you allow it.
Go that extra mile in everything you do.
Be grateful for everything you have now, and for the things that will come. You already have them.
Do not wait; the time will never be “just right”.
Every adversity, every failure, every heartache carries with it the seed of an equal or greater benefit.

You can have a Positive Attitude

You can have a positive attitude, however, you are in for a big challenge.
To make a conscious attitude shift is one of the most tiring things I have ever done. For the first couple of weeks you will be exhausted, you would not think that going through a day without having a negative thought could wear you out.
Our thought patterns have been with us for a long time, since childhood and our attitude depends on the attitude that our parents had. If we were raised amongst negativity we will have displayed this attitude for a long time and it is going to take a lot of conscious effort on our part to change that.
We need to be aware of what we are thinking continually and when we have a negative thought be conscious of it and turn it around immediately. We should not participate in idle gossip as this is the quickest way to bring ourselves down.
Most of our friends will suffer the same attitude problem, which is why they are our friends, we have attracted them into our lives because they have the same attitude. Once you have mastered a positive attitude you can assist them in changing and they will be grateful, if not move on, you will find that you will start to attract like minded people anyway.
The positive attitude change will bring many wonderful things into your life.
