 From the time of being diagnosed until the end of your treatment, your life is put on hold. Chemotherapy as disgusting as it is, is the preferred treatment. I remember my son would continually asking while I was having chemo, how do you feel. I would say I feel like crap. There was no other way to put it.

Six years on and a new life I rarely think about it. Support from all my friends was amazing and I am sure that it was the support that got me through. Also, I knew I had so much more that I wanted to achieve, I was not ready to leave this earth.

Going through breast cancer I believe led me to The Law of Attraction and the life that I have now, and being in vibrational alignment with the universe I know I will never have to suffer anything like that again.

Using Emotional Freedom Techniques will clear the beliefs that we have accumulated over the years and clear the runway for an amazing take off. There is life after cancer and it can be the best time of your life.

We attract everything that we have in our lives, including cancer. I was travelling 6 hours a day by train to and from work, and hating every minute of it. The universe gives us what we ask for, not always in ways we would like, especially when we are not in vibrational alignment.

They do not have to be big things, and the secret is to really feel the gratitude when you are writing. Joe Vitale believes that if you are grateful for things before you receive them, they will definitely manifest into your life.

To give you an example.You maybe looking at changing your job, and you may know what you want to do in that job. You would start off writing, “I am so very grateful for my new job” and then start to be descriptive about the things that you are enjoying in that job. The job is yours, and you living it in your gratitude journal. Always remember, when you are writing feel the gratitude that will go with having that job. 

A couple of months ago I was having a problem with my hot water service. My partner was having a shower and complained that the water was not hot enough, my reply was “I am grateful I have water, a lot of people do not have that luxury”.

So, what we are giving out is what we are receiving. We sleep in, the alarm didn’t go off when it should have, we are running late for work, we didn’t have time for our coffee and watching our morning show.

Bad start to the day.

We are in a bad mood to start with, and guess what, it is down hill from there. This is what we have vibrated to the universe, “I am going to have a bad day”.

Guess what, who is to say if that it was good or it was bad that we over slept. The people that over slept on 9/11 now realize that they are grateful that they did. So whenever something happens in my life that I would have before thought was a negative, I now say “well who is to say if it is good or it is bad” and guess what, it always turns out to be positive. And the Law of Attraction works every time.

It never gets me down any more.

 I know that the universe looks after me because I vibrate positive energy, if I over sleep it is for a positive reason. The universe gives us what we vibrate, vibrate positive energy and that is what you will receive. EVERYTHING POSITIVE.

 I suggested to my daughter that she also become a student (which she embraced with a passion and lives her life by now) and to give Connor at the age of 5 the opportunity to know that he only has to believe and he will receive.

I was thinking the other day of what I was getting as gifts for xmas, and I thought, I think I will get Connor a portable DVD player as my daughter is a equestrian rider and spends a lot of time at competitions, and I do know that he gets a little bored and I thought this will occupy him from time to time.

I rang my daughter and said that I was thinking of a DVD player, and her response was, “oh mum, Connor is so good at this, we drove into a car park yesterday and he saw a car with a portable DVD player in it, and said, mum, I would like one of those.”

Her reply has become a standard one since living The Law of Attraction, “darling, you already have it, it is just not sitting on your lap right now.” What a amazing life for a 6 year old, knowing that whatever you desire is yours, you are just not touching it at the moment.

 Initially it was hard work to change my thought pattern that I  had grown up with, and carried well into my adult life. You start to realize that you do attract all the crap into your life, it doesn’t attract you.

The Law of Attractionis what gave me the inspiration for sassywomeninspired because, I want all women to live their dreams. My aim is to inspire, challenge, and make you accountable for the things that you want in your life. We will laugh together,we will cry together, however, the tears will be tears of joy for the amazing lives we are living.

As Joe Vitale would say, ask, believe and visualize, and it is yours. Life was meant to be that simple.
