What is EFT

EFT, Emotional Freedom Techniques or otherwise known as Tapping. You use 9 points on your body to tap on and these points have been use by the Chinese for thousands of years in acupuncture. 

 The tapping on the designated points on the face and the body combined with verbalizing the identified problem followed by a general affirmation phrase. Combining these ingredients of the EFT technique balances the energy system and appears to relieve psychological stress and physiological pain.

 EFT can be use used for anything, attracting abundance, fear of success, all types of health issues, addictions and public speaking.

My daughter has been suffering from allergies and has found it to be a great relief in the middle of the night when she is scratching like crazy. She gets up, starts tapping and within 30 minutes is sleeping like a baby.
